The 1st Annual Tampa Bay Holiday 5K & Wellness Festival is a celebration of healthy living and feeling good. From exercise programs, outdoor activities and yoga to balanced eating, mindfulness and mental health. The event is open to all ages, but you must register to attend.  

We are learning more every day how most illness and disease can be eliminated with healthy lifestyle choices. We are living longer, feeling better and getting more out of life.
